My dear poet,

How are you? I would first like to wish that you are well and fortunate.

 

 

24년이란 세월 속에 나는 형제애로 세계평화를 지향하는 WAAC 와 더불어 문학인생을 살면서 토종사랑 ‘자연현대 Natural Modernism' 의 이상추구로 한길을 걸어 왔습니다.

For 24 years, I have lived a life of literature with WAAC, which aims for world peace through brotherhood, walking a lone path of seeking the ideal of ‘Natural Modernism’.

 

하여 14회 세계시인대회를 참가하면서 2회 조직 지도위원을 거처 부회장 중임 고문 등으로 유임하면서 행촌문화상, 고려문학상 을 제정 시행하고 ’The Moon Light of Corea' 국제문예지를 발행 국제시인교류와 세계시인대회에 헌신하고 있습니다.

Hence, I participated in 14 a time for world congress of ports, and have taken the post of the head of the direction Executive Board, Executive Board Trustees with Vice President and Advisor. I have established and enforced the Hangchon Culture Award and Corea Literature Award, and have devoted myself towards international exchange of poets and the world congress of poets through publishing "The Moon Light of Corea”, an international literary magazine.

 

2007년 Rosemary C. 전회장이 작고하자 Maurus 사무장이 월권을 하려 했으나 이를 퇴치하고 국제이사회의 에서 만장일치로 본인이 회장에 피선 되여 2009년 1월 1일부터 직무를 수행 2010년 새 전기로 XXX 차 세계시인대회를 한국에서 개최됨을 만방에 알리고 있습니다.

When the late president Rosemary C passed away in 2007 and manager(S.G) Maurus attempted to overstep his authority, I prevented him and I was elected unanimously by Executive Board of Trustees to Executive Board President of WAAC. I have been in office since January 1^st 2009, and am currently announcing that the XXX World Congress of Poets will be held in Korea.

 

부족했든 지난 일을 거울삼아 올해도 같이 가시기를 부탁드립니다. 직접만나서 의론해야 하나 원거리에 여의치 못하여 전자서신을 이용하고 있음을 양해하시기 바랍니다. 만약 이 전자메일을 받으시고 거부 답신이 없어 시면 승낙하신 것으로 알겠습니다.

 

Although it may not be sufficient, we sincerely hope that you will join us again this year. Please forgive me for doing this over email. I know that it is a matter to be discussed in person, but the distance between us is too great. If you do not send me a declining reply, I will assume that you have accepted our request.
